Position Summary:
Drive firewood sales growth through CRM management, customer relationship building, and territory development. Commission-based role with unlimited earning potential serving the Flatwoods, KY area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships through Odoo CRM system
- Generate leads and convert prospects to sales
- Process orders and coordinate delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales records
- Follow up on quotes and outstanding orders
- Develop new customer accounts and territory expansion
Required Skills:
- CRM software experience (Odoo CRM preferred)
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Self-motivated with commission-based mindset
- Basic computer/smartphone proficiency
- Valid driver's license for customer visits
